Caravus Gets Caffeinated
While our team works hard, we occasionally take a little time off for adventures outside the office. We recently had the opportunity to tour St. Louis-based Kaldi’s Coffee Roasting Co. and take part in a “cupping”.
What’s a cupping? We had to ask, too! It’s the industry term used to describe a professional coffee tasting. The cupping is used to select Kaldi’s high quality – and delicious – coffees, as well as train the staff’s palates. The Caravus team walked away with a greater appreciation of coffee and what goes into the whole process.
