A Capacity To Serve: The Caravus Continuity Program

The origin of the Caravus name came from clients saying “they take care of us” when asked to describe exactly what we do. During these times of uncertainty, we will continue to take care of you. We have an unparalleled dedication to ensure that every client feels assured during this short-lived phase of ambiguity.

In order to safeguard our future ability to serve, we have temporarily closed the Caravus physical office. However, our level of service will not be impacted by the brief closure. Thanks to our investments in advanced technology platforms, every Caravus employee has the capacity to securely work from home. This allows us to give you uninterrupted communication, strategy and guidance.

While our team will be conducting regular business practices remotely, we will also be ready to answer your questions regarding how COVID-19 will impact your health coverage. Our advisors and advocates will support your every need.

The most important aspect of our current situation is health. The health of you, your families, your employees and their families. We urge everyone to listen to the CDC and follow their best practices to avoid getting sick.

As we navigate our way through this unfamiliar time, we encourage everyone to remain hopeful. This mandatory shift in our lifestyles is to protect the population. The Caravus family is incredibly grateful that we are able to serve you. As always, please reach out to your advisor for any assistance.
